Evan: 9 Month Photos!

Evan just turned 9 months old! He's in the "learning to stand" phase, so he was holding on to anything he could get his hands on to help himself up. Often, we couldn't get him to smile because he was concentrating so hard. As always, he was adorable.








What a beautiful family.



Look at his tubby fingers grasping onto this leaf. I'm sure this was mere moments before he tried to eat it.

Matt + Theresa Get Married!

May I present Mr. & Mrs. Crist. This gorgeous couple (better known as Matt & Theresa) let me capture their day.



Their first look was very sweet and emotional.



Their whole day was.


The church was a gorgeous historic building downtown Minneapolis.




I loved the stained glass windows.




After the wedding, we went over to Saint Anthony Main for some photos. Everyone was much more relaxed and ready to play around a bit at this point.







The reception was one of the most energetic, laughter- and dance-filled reception I've ever seen. These families meant business...

Max & Cole '11

I once again got to capture these fun-loving, high-energy brothers on camera. The best part was when we learned half way through the shoot that Max was holding his hand in a fist in every shot so that he wouldn't lose a leaf he had found on the ground. His parents eventually convinced him to let the leaf go, but Max spent quite some time deciding exactly where to drop it into the river.

Tryg turns one!

Erik & Mindy wanted to capture some photos of Tryg just after his first birthday. What a cutie...















He looks really happy here, but it's not because Dad made a funny face (which was working like a charm the entire shoot). Nope. He's actually holding a rock in his hand that he's about to eat. Yum.



He was very excited about pulling his wagon. I think Erik & Mindy should start making him pull them around instead of the other way around.

Riley & Gracie '11

Riley & Gracie gave me a lot of smiles last weekend when I took their photos. I'm assuming it's because they just like me so very, very much now that we've had photo shoots 1, 2, 3 times already! Then again, it could be because summer vacation just started. Either way, they were all smiles.





And we definitely had some fun.
